A Look at Customer Allegations Against Marc M. Miller of Wedbush Securities, Inc.

 

According to BrokerCheck, Marc M. Miller (CRD #1133692), a broker currently with Wedbush Securities Inc. and formerly with Western International Securities, has or has had three customer disputes. 

 

In one settled dispute, allegations included account related breach of contract, account related negligence, and breach of fiduciary duty. The client claimed that Miller made an unsuitable investment and provided false and misleading representations, seeking $100,000 in damages. A second settled dispute involved similar allegations, including suitability concerns, misrepresentation, account related negligence, and account related breach of contract. The client in this instance alleged $25,000 in damages, stating that Miller had purchased an unsuitable investment, and that his representation was false and misleading. 

 

A third dispute, currently pending in FINRA arbitration, alleges that Miller recommended unsuitable and misleading investments, with alleged damages amounting to $50,000.
