According to BrokerCheck, broker Harry John Buckman (CRD #2202467), currently registered with Buckman Advisory Group, LLC, Mayhill Agency, LLC, and Buckman, Buckman, and Reid, Inc. in Little Silver, New Jersey, has or has had two regulatory events and two customer disputes.
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) issued a cease and desist for compliance failures and failure to supervise the fair allocation of block trades. The sanctions included a one-year suspension from supervisory roles, as well as civil and administrative fines totaling $75,000.
