Eccleston Law is pleased to announce that Grace Songqing Guo has joined the firm in its Chicago office as a Securities Analyst.  Grace earned her Master of Science degree in Finance from the Illinois Institute of Technology, concentrating in financial statement analysis, valuation and portfolio management, and financial modeling for derivatives, equity and equity derivatives.  In addition, Grace has passed the CFA Level 1 examination and is a CFA II candidate.

The felony charge carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in federal prison.

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has announced settlements with Wells Fargo Clearing Services LLC, Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network LLC, and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated over allegations that they failed to implement proper policies and procedures for their cash sweep programs.
